I forgot my password – what do I do?

Click on the Forgot Your Password link on The Paceline right nav bar. You’ll be emailed a new password right away.

I don’t like the new password I got sent – what can I do to change it?

Log in, then click on the My Profile link on The Paceline's main menu bar, then change your pasword to what you want.

I have an account and membership, but no matter I do, I still can’t log in – what do I do?

Please follow this checklist:

We have not had any password issues with either Mac or Firefox web browsers.

For Internet Explorer, please ensure you're using version 6.0 or higher, then if your password still does not work:

Note 1: if you reset your password you must initially use the one the system mails to you soon after resetting

Note 2: passwords are case sensitive, i.e. "PassWord" does not equal "password"

1 - delete your browser cookies - tools, internet options, delete cookies

2 - delete your temp files - tools, internet options, delete files, delete all offline content

3 - make sure your browser security is set to medium - tools, internet options, security, default level

4 - close and re-open your browser

5 - log in with your email address and password

* If you are still having problems logging in, and if possible, please try and log in at another computer (this will help isolate the problem). If that is not possible, please email cb@thepaceline.com with the email address and the password you are trying to use so we can further troubleshoot the problem.

Can I get an autographed picture - or an autographed anything - from Lance?

We cannot fulfill all of the thousands of requests for autographed items at this time, however, we will offer select items to Paceline members. We also promise keep members abreast of Lance’s public signings.

How can I get Lance to appear at my event or function?
